- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt to the cream cheese mixture and blend until fully combined.
- In another bowl, gently mix diced strawberries and blueberries.
- Layer the parfaits in serving glasses starting with graham cracker crumbs, followed by the cream cheese mixture and mixed berries. Repeat layers until filled.
- Top with additional berries and optional whipped cream if desired.
