  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/22 1/2 teaspoons milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a muffin pan with liners.

  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, corn starch, and vanilla for the filling.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Whisk egg and sugar; add yogurt, oil, and vanilla until well mixed.
  6. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients gently; then incorporate fresh berries carefully.
  7. Fill muffin liners with batter, add cream cheese filling in the center, top with reserved berries.
