Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pretzels
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 ounces whipped topping
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 ounces instant strawberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 quart strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Crush pretzels until you have 2 1/2 cups, then mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Boil water, mix in jello powder, then stir in sliced strawberries. Let it cool slightly before pouring over the cream layer.
- Chill until set before serving.
