Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (80–20 blend)
- 3 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh diced chives
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 chicken hamburger buns (toasted)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground beef, blue cheese, chives, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and dry mustard until just mixed.
- Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape each into patties about ¾ inch thick. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on one side until browned; flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
- Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
