Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, softened butter, egg, sugar, salt, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8-inch baking pan.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, and remaining butter until crumbly; sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
