- 1 pound Thick cut Turkey Bacon
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 3 green onions
- 1 cup Coleslaw dressing
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Boil water in a large pot, add cheese tortellini, and cook according to package instructions until tender; drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked tortellini, crispy turkey bacon, broccoli florets, halved grape tomatoes, sliced green onions, and coleslaw dressing. Stir gently until well combined.
