- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Fresh fruit for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly into four serving cups and pack down lightly.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to beat.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Repeat with the remaining whipped cream.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into the crusted cups and refrigerate for at least four hours until set.
- Before serving, top with fresh fruit.
