  • Poppy seed packet (included)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the water, egg, and muffin mix until just moistened. Gently fold in the poppy seeds.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spoon the cherry pie filling over the top. Use a knife to create a marbled effect by swirling through the batter.
  4. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
  5. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
