Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8-inch square metal pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine streusel ingredients: butter, brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, and chopped nuts until crumbly.
- In another bowl, whisk together dry cake ingredients: flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt. In a separate bowl, blend wet ingredients: sour cream, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan followed by half the streusel. Add remaining batter and top with remaining streusel.
- Bake for about 48 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
