- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form small bite-sized balls or patties from the mixture.
- Dip each ball in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place coated crunchies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
