Instructions
- Wash, dry, and slice the strawberries in half lengthwise, keeping the stems attached if desired.

- Drain the hollowed strawberries cut side down on paper towels for a few minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each strawberry half generously.
- Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and colorful sprinkles before serving.
