- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and milk; mix until well combined.
- Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries using a rubber spatula.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, filling it about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 70 minutes (for a large loaf) or 35 minutes (for mini loaves). Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
