Ingredients
- 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1/3 cup drained pepperoncini peppers
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- Spices: salt, oregano, Italian herbs, garlic powder, crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Cook the frozen cheese tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red apple vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the dressing along with pepperoncini peppers, grated parmesan cheese, chopped red onion, crumbled turkey bacon, and halved grape tomatoes. Gently fold until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
