  • 12 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic (freshly grated)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives (finely snipped)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the panko breadcrumbs in a dry skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill pickles, ranch seasoning, grated garlic, dill, chives, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Squeeze in lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the toasted panko breadcrumbs (reserve some for garnish).
  4. Chill the dip for at least 2 hours or overnight to enhance flavors.
  5. Serve with chips or veggies and garnish with reserved pickles and herbs.
