Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 12 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup dill pickles (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic (freshly grated)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives (finely snipped)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the panko breadcrumbs in a dry skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill pickles, ranch seasoning, grated garlic, dill, chives, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Squeeze in lemon juice and mix well.
- Gently fold in the toasted panko breadcrumbs (reserve some for garnish).
- Chill the dip for at least 2 hours or overnight to enhance flavors.
- Serve with chips or veggies and garnish with reserved pickles and herbs.
