Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries to ensure the chocolate adheres well.
- Prepare your workstation with small plates for toppings and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry by holding it by the stem, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing it on parchment paper.
- Optionally roll in toppings before setting on parchment.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until the chocolate is set.
