Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3 teaspoons Sriracha
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers and arrange on a plate.
- Grill skewers for about 7 minutes with the lid closed; flip and grill for another 7-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While grilling, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a small bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
- Once cooked, drizzle or brush the skewers with the bang bang sauce before serving.
