Instructions

- Add halved Brussels sprouts to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes (up to 2 hours).
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated Brussels sprouts onto skewers, ensuring even spacing.
- Grill skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and tender.
- Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
