Ingredients
- 1 eggroll or wonton wrapper
- 1 low-fat mozzarella string cheese stick
- Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with Silpat or parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Place the mozzarella stick about 1 inch from one edge of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, placing seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray or brush the wrapped stick with olive oil.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown, then flip and bake for an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
