- ¾ cup Italian dressing
- ¼ cup A1 Sauce (original)
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ pounds steak (Sirloin, Ribeye, or New York Cut)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, A1 sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Place the steaks in a resealable zip lock bag or large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag tightly after removing excess air.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each side of the marinated steak for about 4-6 minutes on the grill or 3 minutes in the skillet until reaching an internal temperature of at least 145°F for medium doneness.
- Let the steaks rest for about 3 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
