  • 1213 pieces cooked Turkey Turkey Bacon (diced)
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated, separated)
  • 4 jalapeños (diced; seeds and membranes removed for less spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, milk, sour cream, and honey until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
  4. Create a well in the dry mixture and pour in the wet ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
  5. Gradually fold in melted butter followed by sweet corn, diced turkey bacon, cheese (reserve some for topping), and jalapeños.
