Ingredients
- 5 large jalapeños
- Olive oil
- 8 ounces dry elbow macaroni
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 6–8 ounces turkey bacon
- 4 ounces mild cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the prepared jalapeños drizzled with olive oil for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and cool under cold water.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni with roasted jalapeños, chopped turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese. Pour the dressing over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
