  • 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 8 oz turkey bacon, cooked and diced
  • 4 oz gruyere cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt. Add chilled butter, cream cheese, egg, and vinegar; pulse until dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough between parchment paper and fit it into a quiche dish. Pre-bake for 8-9 minutes.
  4. Spread cooked turkey bacon and gruyere cheese over the crust.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, nut milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour over the fillings in the crust.
