Ingredients
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 1 cup diced chicken
- 1/2 cup mini turkey pepperoni
- 16 oz Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with chicken, turkey pepperoni, olives, grape tomatoes, and parsley.
- Add half of the Italian dressing and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, stir in the remaining dressing and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
