Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen peas (cooked, drained and cooled)
- 1 cup Medium Cheddar Cheese (cut into small cubes)
- 2 hard-cooked eggs (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/8 cup sweet pickles (drained, chopped)
- 2 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the frozen peas according to package instructions and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked peas, cheddar cheese cubes, chopped eggs, celery, pickles, and crumbled turkey bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and season with salt and pepper; mix well.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
