- 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant cheesecake pudding
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 2 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Red and blue food coloring
- Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven as directed on the cake mix box. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions until smooth.
- Divide batter into three portions: leave one white, color one red, and one blue with food coloring.
- Spoon dollops of each colored batter into the baking dish and swirl slightly with a toothpick.
- Bake according to package instructions until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the cake for about 10 minutes before poking holes with a wooden spoon handle.
- Whisk together pudding and milk; pour over cake, ensuring all holes are filled.
- Refrigerate until set. Whip cream with vanilla and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; spread over pudding layer.
- Garnish with sprinkles before serving.
