Ingredients
- 2 lbs Rib Eye Steak
- 2 tsp Montreal seasoning
- 2 tbsp compound butter
Instructions
- Allow the compound butter to come to room temperature and slice it into 1/2" pieces.
- Season both sides of the ribeye steaks generously with Montreal seasoning. Let them marinate for at least 20 minutes while preheating your grill to 450°F – 500°F.
- Grill the steaks for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness; adjust cooking time based on thickness and preference.
- Just before removing from the grill, top each ribeye with a slice of compound butter.
- Allow the steaks to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
