Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in pineapple chunks and sliced bell pepper, then pour in soy sauce to combine.
- Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low, cooking for an additional 10 minutes until everything is well blended.
