- 5/8 cup unsalted butter

- 3/4 cup flour for crumble topping
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg for crumble topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture while alternating with milk. Gently fold in strawberries.
- For the crumble topping, mix melted butter with sugars, then stir in flour and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Fill muffin tin about 2/3 full with batter and top generously with crumble mixture.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
