  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring until just combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until no flour streaks remain. Gently fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  6. Using a medium cookie scoop, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
