  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 6 ounce package blue mixed berry Jell-o
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 4 cups boiling water (divided)
  • 6 ounce package raspberry Jell-o
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread half over the cooled crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare blue Jell-O with boiling water; cool and layer over blueberries on the cream cheese mixture. Chill until set (2-4 hours).
  4. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over Jell-O layer; chill for another 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare raspberry Jell-O, cool, then layer it over raspberries on the cream cheese layer. Chill until fully set (2-4 hours or overnight).
