Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1/4–1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Red food gel
- Blue food gel
- Frosting
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine white cake mix, vegetable oil, beaten egg, and milk until you achieve a thick batter.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Separate about 1 cup of batter and color it red with food gel; color the remaining batter blue.
- Pour blue batter into a parchment-lined 8×8 baking dish.
- Spoon dollops of red batter onto the blue and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting and adding sprinkles.
