- 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 7 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- Red, white, and blue M&M's
- Optional: vegan marshmallows or peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Measure Rice Chex Cereal into a large bowl.
- In a microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter for one minute; stir and microwave for another 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir gently to coat evenly.
- Place powdered sugar in a resealable plastic bag, add the coated cereal, seal tightly, and shake until coated.
- Spread the mixture on waxed paper to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
