- 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

Instructions
- Zest and juice the orange, setting aside the zest.
- In a blender, combine coconut cream, orange juice, honey (or agave), vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend on high until smooth (about 2-3 minutes), scraping down sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or orange juice if desired.
- Pour into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, garnish with shredded coconut and orange zest.
