  • 23 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil.
  2. Slice the baguette diagonally into 12-14 pieces, about half an inch thick.
  3. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  4. Broil for 2-4 minutes until golden brown; watch closely to prevent burning.
  5. Remove from the oven and top each slice with a generous portion of burrata and about two roasted tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle with more olive oil, season with sea salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
