- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (very cold)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a quarter sheet baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Cut the chilled butter into the flour mixture until it resembles rice grains.
- Gradually add buttermilk, kneading gently until just combined.
- Roll out the dough to about an inch thick and cut out biscuits.
- Bake for 9–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Combine strawberries with sugar and lemon juice; set aside.
- Whip cold cream until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Slice biscuits in half horizontally, layer with whipped cream and strawberries before serving.
