Ingredients
- 14 oz extra firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- Sea salt (if needed)
Instructions
- Drain the tofu and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Cut it into large cubes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add olive oil and sesame oil.
- Add tofu cubes to the hot oil and cook until golden brown on each side (about 3-4 minutes).
- Pour in BBQ sauce and soy sauce; reduce heat to medium-low and stir gently for one minute. Add chili flakes for extra heat if desired.
- Serve immediately over rice or alongside your favorite veggies.
