- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
- Flaky sea salt (for garnish)
- Extra red chili flakes (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into wedges or bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and optional chili flakes until well combined.
- Add chopped cilantro and jalapeño to the dressing; stir to blend all ingredients.
- On a serving platter, arrange the watermelon pieces and drizzle the dressing over them.
- Finish with flaky sea salt and additional chili flakes if desired.
