  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle chili pepper seasoning
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (or substitute with plant-based alternative)
  • Soda (as needed for moisture)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and chipotle seasoning to create the dry rub.
  2. Cut ribs in half if necessary and rub the spice mixture generously over both sides.
