Instructions
- Prepare the simple syrup by heating 1 cup of water and stirring in sugar until dissolved. Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
- Wash and chop strawberries into halves or quarters for easy blending.
- In a blender, combine cold water, lime juice, and simple syrup, blending until smooth (may need to blend in batches).
- Strain the mixture through a fine strainer to remove pulp and seeds for a silky texture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about two hours before serving.
- Store in a pitcher with a lid for freshness.
