- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries carefully.
- Fill the donut pan cavities halfway with batter.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While cooling slightly, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Dip each warm donut into the glaze before serving.
