- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Add melted butter and stir until coated.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
- To assemble, spread the cream cheese mixture in a serving dish, top with sliced strawberries, and sprinkle the cooled pretzel topping.
