Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 oz box of strawberry Jello
- 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
- 7.5 oz vegan marshmallow fluff
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, water, oil, and Jello until smooth.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled, make the filling by creaming butter, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla together; then blend in heavy cream.
- Scoop out holes in the cooled cake and fill with cream mixture using a piping bag.
- Flip the cake onto a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
