  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 oz box of strawberry Jello
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
  • 7.5 oz vegan marshmallow fluff
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, water, oil, and Jello until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Once cooled, make the filling by creaming butter, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla together; then blend in heavy cream.
  5. Scoop out holes in the cooled cake and fill with cream mixture using a piping bag.
  6. Flip the cake onto a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
