  • 1½ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk

  • 3 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 1 cup sliced snow peas (or sugar snap peas)
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 15 oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, and dill weed until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain thoroughly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with diced celery, tomatoes, snow peas, red onion, and corn.
  4. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
