Ingredients
- 1 lb bow-tie pasta
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill weed
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 1 cup sliced snow peas (or sugar snap peas)
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 15 oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, and dill weed until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with diced celery, tomatoes, snow peas, red onion, and corn.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
