  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 23 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the peaches, hull and halve the strawberries, halve the grapes, and keep blueberries whole.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime or lemon juice with honey or maple syrup (if using). Adjust sweetness as needed.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. Drizzle the citrus glaze over the fruit.
  4. Gently toss the fruit mixture using a spatula to avoid bruising.
  5. Stir in finely chopped mint leaves and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
