- 3–4 large ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup red grapes, halved
- 1 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 2–3 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the peaches, hull and halve the strawberries, halve the grapes, and keep blueberries whole.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime or lemon juice with honey or maple syrup (if using). Adjust sweetness as needed.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. Drizzle the citrus glaze over the fruit.
- Gently toss the fruit mixture using a spatula to avoid bruising.
- Stir in finely chopped mint leaves and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve chilled in bowls or jars; garnish with extra mint leaves if desired.
