Ingredients
- 3 cups Oreo crumbs
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces whipped topping (divided)
- 1 5.9-ounce box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans (divided)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter; press into a 13×9 dish. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; fold in half of the whipped topping.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thick.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust, sprinkle with pecans, then add pudding layer followed by remaining whipped topping.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup on top and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
